The lab has been awarded two ANR fundings this year:
- the RecombFun project in collaboration with Bertrand Llorente (CRCM, UMR 7258, Marseille) will focus on the evolution of the recombinational landscape and functional patterns across species
- the BrettAdapt project for collaborative research with Warren Albertin (Institute of Vine & Wine Science, University of Bordeaux and Bordeaux INP) will focus on large-scale analysis of the adaptation the Brettanomyces bruxellensis yeast to human fermentation processes.
